The following participant to hold on LSU’s No. 18 jersey custom shall be senior tight finish Foster Moreau.
Moreau is the primary tight finish to earn the respect since Richard Dickson in 2008-09. He is a participant who did not have an LSU supply coming into 2015 signing day and now’s essentially the most skilled Tiger coming into the 2018 season.
Moreau represented LSU at SEC Media Days in July, and now he’ll characterize the participant who combines on- and off-the-field abilities, management and selflessness.

The custom dates again to nationwide championship-winning quarterback Matt Mauck. When Mauck graduated, LSU selected to offer it to Jacob Hester. It then turned an honor to be chosen to put on the jersey.
Two gamers wore No. 18 final season when fullback J.D. Moore and defensive finish Christian LaCouture shared the quantity.
Moreau is LSU’s main returning receiver after catching 24 passes for 278 yards and three touchdowns.
