A girl has been caught driving with 10 unrestrained youngsters within the Northern Territory.
Police noticed the lady driving on Sadadeen Highway in Sadadeen – which is within the state’s centre and east of Alice Springs – final Thursday and noticed youngsters leaping round within the cabin.
When the car was pulled over on close by Bagot Road, officers found an toddler beneath the age of 1 sitting on the entrance passenger’s lap.

Senior Constable Ivan Petrovic stated all 10 youngsters had been beneath the age of 16.
“How somebody can knowingly drive a car by which their passengers are unrestrained is past me,” he stated.
“Having a lot of unrestrained youngsters within the car is irresponsible and reckless on the grownup’s behalf.
“Had they been concerned in any type of crash, the toddler sitting within the entrance might have been severely injured if not killed.”
It comes after a video of a four-year-old driving on the roof racks of his mum’s automobile went viral on social media.
A spokesperson for the mom advised media, she had no clue her autistic son had climbed onto the roof of the household’s Holden Captiva.
