ITTA BENA, Miss (Reuters) – The chance of a U.S. recession is just not presently elevated, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell stated on Tuesday.

“We don’t really feel that the chance of recession is in any respect elevated,” Powell stated in a query and reply session with college students at Mississippi Valley State College.
