OAKLAND — A semi-truck burned at an intersection after some viewers of a sideshow at an East Oakland intersection stripped paper merchandise inside throughout an intersection Sunday.
Social media posts geo-located at 42nd Avenue and Worldwide Boulevard seem to indicate containers of bathroom paper and different paper merchandise being tossed into the air earlier than, sooner or later, the truck itself catches fireplace.
Police have been responding to the realm to re-direct visitors away from the realm and permit firefighters to extinguish flames and shield an evacuated AC Transit bus parked shut by the truck.
There have been no instant experiences of accidents.
