Santa Ana, CA (KCAL/KCBS) — Police say the burglar who ran off with an aged lemur from the Santa Ana Zoo final summer time has been recognized.

Quinn Kasbar, 19, allegedly stole Isaac, who at 32 is the oldest lemur in North America.

Kasbar is identical man charged in dozens of burglaries in his hometown, Newport Seashore.

Till not too long ago, a video from a Newport Seashore resort was the one stable clue detectives had. The video reveals a person in a hooded sweatshirt leaving a field outdoors the foyer of the Marriott Bayview on July 31.  Inside was Isaac and a observe saying, “This belongs to the Santa Ana Zoo.
