(Reuters) – Harvey Weinstein, girls who accused him of sexual misconduct, his former movie studio’s board members and the New York legal professional basic’s workplace have reached a tentative $44 million deal to resolve lawsuits and compensate alleged victims of the Hollywood producer, the Wall Road Journal reported on Thursday, citing folks it mentioned have been acquainted with the matter.

The deal, if finalized, would resolve a civil rights lawsuit filed by the New York legal professional basic’s workplace final 12 months that accuses Weinstein Co’s executives and board of failing to guard workers from a hostile work atmosphere and Weinstein’s sexual misconduct, the Journal mentioned.
