Dozens of households had been trapped of their vehicles underground on the Opera Home after attending Vivid in Sydney final night time.
The Macquarie Road exit was reportedly closed from 5pm till 11.30pm because of the winter pageant, and patrons instructed 9News inadequate signage meant they weren’t forewarned.
